Mainframe Assembler
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Mainframe Assembler for a project with one of our clients based in The Czech Republic.
Skills:
- OS Assembler
- Strong Assembler language and macro coding skills
- Well versed in Architecture, system service and data related functions
- Expertise in coding techniques (concurrency, recovery, cross memory, extended addressability)
- Excellent problem determination skills, including troubleshooting system dumps using IPCS
- Knowledge of the internal structure and operations of Cobol and LE run-time components
- Expertise in programmer productivity tools
- Other high-level language programming experience is a plus
- CICS, DB2 and IMS technical background and systems level programming experience
