Interview business stakeholders managing the Direct, Online, Broker Channels for Commercial and Personal Lines Business to Document Requirements and Scope of the Project
Identify Gaps between current process and future state per the Legislative Requirements
Work with Systems Teams to understand and Document Customer Journeys
Work with Testers to develop a test plan
