SAP MM Consultant
SAP MM Consultant required for a project with a leading energy company based in Jutland, Denmark.
Role Description:
- MM Consultant - Should be able to lead and facilitate tasks both in terms of IT and the business's deliveries
- Work independently on the MM area, reporting to the lead
- Basically a Full time allocation throughout the entire project period
- There are requirements for my 3 days a week at the location in Jutland area of Denmark and exceptionally other locations
- The role can be divided and/or switched between project work and support work (other projects than NGSAP)
Period is from 01.06.2018 to 31.12.2018, with the option of 3 months extension.
Focus areas are:
- Work with rollout/template/standard project implementation
- Deep understanding of processes as background to define, plan and implement data migration
- Interaction with technical migration consultants (data services) as well as business specialists
- Preparation for the plan (and how it is performed in practice) in the work of identifying data basis (not in the systems), collection, data mask/harmonization, mapping for loading
- Coordination in cut over the period between IT and business
- Purchasing masters data (bills, serial number profiles, contracts, info records, source list
- Material master - beyond what is related to purchasing
- It is an advantage with a person who has industry knowledge in maintenance
Competence - 'must have':
- SAP HANA S/4
- Proven experience with SAP HANA (albeit 1511)
- Must have work with MM data migration, so input, guidance and implementation of loads, ect. Including Data mapping specifications etc. implemented
- Good communication skills that help translate 'technical solutions' into business terminology
- 5 years MM experience where similar roles have been performed before
- Critical factor for the selection is that the personal profile matches the existing team
- Participate actively in conducting tests
- Participate in support on the S/4 platform, and to a lesser degree on ECC 6.0
- Participate in enhancement/miniprojects on the S/4 platform - led by the support department
Competences 'nice to have':
- SOLMAN's experience as a user (process documentation, test preparation)
- Candidate Exam
- SAP HANA S/4 experience
- Industry knowledge or knowledge of solutions from related industries
English is the only language required for this role.
