My client a global luxury goods organisation based in London are looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Support Engineer who will be based from my clients office in Barcelona. The role will involve supporting stores around Spain & Portugal but will mostly involve remote support. Candidates must be immediately available to start in Barcelona.
The contract will require working with my clients stores and offices to help resolve their support issues. Candidates must be very proactive and self-motivated and be able to travel to stores around Spain and Portugal should problems not be resolvable remotely. Expenses will be covered but the position is most likely to be based from the office in Barcelona.
You will have support from the service desk, vendors and others in the team so won't be expected to resolve everything yourself. The main tasks would be to ensure tickets are raised for issues, tickets are progressed appropriately, resolve basic, quick fix IT issues where feasible eg change a cable, reboot a screen, build a laptop.
