ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery analyst. One of my clients is urgently looking for an Italian ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery analyst for a 12 month contract in Torino, Italy.
The ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery analyst Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience of CMDB and discovery in ServiceNow
- Strong hands-on experience on Service Mapping (vertical discovery)
- Good understanding and hands-on implementation experience with CMDB CI life cycle management
- ITIL/IT Service Management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role:
- consolidate horizontal discovery data and set up regular discovery schedule
- complete service mapping (vertical discovery) on critical application
- clean production data and business application to Servers relationships on CMDB
- implement local processes according to the defined global model to maintain CMDB data
- support design and implementation of new services onboarding on ServiceNow
- oversee CMDB data and processes to guarantee data quality and process adherence
- Configure and monitor CMDB health dashboards and overall process
