Overall mandate
Drives the end to end design, build and deployment of master data management services, organization and processes as part of a deployment project, in close cooperation with the design team of BIE's and DFE's and with EIM data services SME's; Engages with the business to validate requirements, train and agree SLAs
Identify Data Services scope; Based on localization need/deviation of global template impact analysis is performed on supported master data services governed by Data Services. Onboard service/Maintain SLA; Identify and onboard new services that will be governed by EIM Data Services. Based on gaps between SLA Catalogue template and migration scope. Update SLA documentation based on scope. Maintain ARIS PEPF process and L7 documentation; identify and map services to PEPF master data maintenance process and adapt PEPF process accordingly. Manage updates work instructions and request forms based on Cloning tool Assima and CoE standardized templates. Identify key users and arrange access & organization; Build/update authorization profiles and assign the authorization profile to appointed requestors/approvers. Prepare, organize and facilitate training; Determine audience and organize training sessions for the appointed people. Supervise completion of the training. Support Cut-over/Hyper-care; Drive EIM Data Services related issues, manage support during Cut-over/after-care and validate execution of implemented servicesSAP MDM/SAP Master Data/SAP Master Data Management/Master data Management/MDM
