Customer Support Engineer- Subscriber Data Management (SDM/HLR). Dublin, 6 months contract.
Customer Support Engineer - SDM/HLR required to work on a contract basis for a leading mobile telecoms company to work on customer site in Dublin.
Extensive hands-on experience on SDM nodes: NT-HLR, HSS, One-EIR, One-MNP, One-NDS, 3DS
Strong knowledge of OneNDS provisioning functionality, ExP/UPC/SPML/SOAP/Bulk provisioning
Strong troubleshooting skills and strong knowledge of SDM related calls flows
Strong knowledge of HLR NSR data, features and roaming configuration 3G/4G
Should be able to work independently on all design deliverable such as HLD/LLD/DB/MoPs/MMLs
Strong knowledge on different interfaces and protocols that terminate on SDM nodes
Should be able to perform integration activities (integrating SDM with other nodes)
Should be able to quantify and qualify impacts of software upgrades and should be able to liaison with Care for software grades
Experience on Capacity management, Optimization, Network performance & parameter handling
Supporting other members of the team in SDM related knowledge transfer and competence development
Flexible mind-set to perform various kinds of activities eg raising WOs & INCs, dealing with various stakeholders in Three such as Ops, change-management, wholesale, commercial etc
Experience on MNP/EIR migrations (from Ericsson equipment beneficial)
Hands-on experience on VoLTE
Should be able to update/prepare TPDs as need be.
