Senior Technical Support Analyst - SCCM 2012 R2/CITRIX Xen
Global Investment Management Organisation are embarking on a major office relocation from Bishopsgate to EC1 and they are looking to appoint an experience Senior Technical Support Analyst to join the Client Facing Infrastructure team.
You will be responsible as part of team to deliver on the following initiatives:

Provide BCP access to critical applications for the office move

Citrix XenApp upgrade
-
Implementation of Global Protect VPN for Legacy systems
-
Citrix NetScaler upgrades
-
Cisco Jabber desktop and Citrix implementation
-
Cisco WebEx Rollout
-
Windows 10/Office 2016 Upgrades
-
Dealing with 2nd/3rd complex line technical support queries and root cause analysis
-
Covering both desktop & application delivery and management of associated infrastructure. Ensuring their continued stability and availability

Involvement with project activities as required
Key Technology Skills:
Working as a Client facing Senior Technical Support Analyst with extensive experience of this type of work gained in a Financial Services environment;
