Service Desk Analyst

Nantwich/Cheshire

3 Month Contract/£135 per day

The Company

My client is a market leading financial services provider based close to Nantwich. They specialise in providing insurance products via digital operational channels.

The Role

The role is a 3-month contract to support a growing Service Desk function, delivering first class infrastructure and application support.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide timely and accurate 1st line support for staff based in European headquarters
  • Log tickets and act as 1st point of contact for all issues
  • Ownership of incidents, root cause identification, fixes and documentation
  • Escalate tickets as necessary
  • Shift pattern work required
