Risk Training & Communications Associate
Our client, a key financial institution, are seeking a candidate experienced in the Training and Communication of new Risk Management frameworks.
The role responsibilities include:
- Developing an engagement strategy for key stakeholders to roll out the Risk Management Framework and underlying risk toolkit
- Translating key elements of the risk framework for different audiences in the organisation
- Generating content for delivery via different training methods (eg workshops and eLearning)
- Facilitating workshops to educate local areas on our approach
- Liaising with HR and external training providers where appropriate
- Building and maintaining an internal network of contacts in the 1st Line of Defence to identify relevant opportunities to promote the Risk Management Framework and our teams key activities
