Description
Cloud Monitoring Process Consultant required for a 3 month contract assignment, located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The role of Cloud Monitoring Process Consultant will involve the following tasks:
- Writing Cloud guidelines
- Facilitating review & publishing
- Creating training material for Cloud Service Owners (including E-learning, virtual classroom session material etc)
- Updating Intranet pages
- Creating and executing communication plans.
- Defining which providers should be in scope of the certification and central monitoring process - based on technical logs and CSAR re-certification data
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
- Background in process development & implementation within the financial sector.
- Previous experience implementing Cloud services in a banking environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
