My client a leading Financial services organisation wishes to engage an individual consultant to provide design and administration for the companies messaging Infrastructure.

The Consultant shall provide services as follows:

  • Provide a technical expertise, management and 3rd level support role to the Messaging services and systems:
    • corporate email
      • Microsoft Exchange
    • email archiving
      • Veritas Enterprise Vault 12
      • EMC Centera
    • EMM Enterprise Mobility Management platform
      • Blackberry Unified Endpoint Manager/BlackBerry Enterprise Service 12.7
      • Legacy - BYOD/Good Messaging/Good for Enterprise
    • SMTP content email filtering system
      • Clearswift MIMESweeper for SMTP
    • Email Encryption (Highly restricted email management)
      • Egress Switch
  • Design, implement and maintain Enterprise Messaging systems, specialising in mobile technologies solutions, to provide access for all users.
  • Develop, test and document BYOD policies for iPhone and Android phones and tablet devices.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation into support issues affecting the companies Enterprise Messaging landscape and recommend or implement appropriate fixes to ensure day to day operations within the area are not adversely compromised.
