IT Infrastructure Architect (Workplace/Public Cloud) - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH, FRENCH and/or DUTCH.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor in IT or equal by experience.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in an end-user and/or Public Cloud architect or presales role.
- Objective and quality driven, excellent communicator and good relational skills.
- Have a sales oriented mentality.
- Understanding business models and the internal processes.
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft Workplace related technologies such as Office 365 (Exchange Online/Skype for Business/Teams/OneDrive for business) and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Azure Active Directory/Advanced Threat Analytics/Cloud App Security/Intune/Azure Information Protection).
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft Azure Public Cloud technologies.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations that will make the difference.
Description of work:
- Be the trusted advisor for our customer on a (sales) technical and architecture level.
- Build up and develop a long-term relationship with our customers on a (sales) technical level.
- Assist in the creation (writing as well as presenting) of proposals towards customers and prospects. You will be responsible for translating the customer needs towards the best fit technical solution in line with the relative portfolio.
- Provide input towards management and directors related to technical innovations on the End User computing solutions as well as Public cloud evolutions.
- Evangelize the latest Microsoft modern workplace and Public Cloud related technologies within the organisation.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, with as sole aim to increase our new business potential.
- Provide Technical knowledge on Microsoft Workplace related technologies such as Office 365 (Exchange Online/Skype for Business/Teams/OneDrive for business) and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Azure Active Directory/Advanced Threat Analytics/Cloud App Security/Intune/Azure Information Protection).
- Provide Technical knowledge on Microsoft Azure Public Cloud technologies.
- Advise customers on how Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office 365 and EMS cloud services fits in the modern workplace.
- Advise customers in their journey towards the Microsoft Azure Public Cloud.
