- 2+ years Cloud experience
- AWS experience
- Support project experience
- Bug Fixing
- User Support
- Communicate with all levels of the business
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Cloud Support Specialist include:
- Manage incidents and requests
- Analyse and resolve incidents
- Identify potential defects and solutions
- Knowledge management by documenting and sharing knowledge
- Communicate with customer and stakeholders
