About the ideal candidate:

Our client is looking for you to have experience and skills in:

  • 2+ years Cloud experience
  • AWS experience
  • Support project experience
  • Bug Fixing
  • User Support
  • Communicate with all levels of the business

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the Cloud Support Specialist include:

  • Manage incidents and requests
  • Analyse and resolve incidents
  • Identify potential defects and solutions
  • Knowledge management by documenting and sharing knowledge
  • Communicate with customer and stakeholders
