Charles River Rules Coder - Charles River Compliance Monitoring Consultant - Pre & Post Trade - UCITS/ESMA - Charles River - CRD - OMS
My client is currently looking for a Charles River Compliance Rules Coder to oversee compliance pre and post trade in accordance with the UCITS regulations/ESMA guidelines and fund-specific investment restrictions as contained in the prospectus or investment management agreement
The successful candidate will have:
Charles River/CRD experience is essential for this role
Significant experience in Compliance, within asset management
Experience and exposure to advisory responsibilities, policy, procedures and processes.
Good knowledge of requirements of FCA Handbook, in particular, COLL, COBS, SYSC would be preferable
Good knowledge of UCITS/ESMA guidelines
Knowledge of derivatives would be preferable
The ability to perform the review of regulatory and client guidelines for conversion into rules for compliance monitoring systems working with the current OMS
