Because of the Mainframe and Distributed systems focus, the preferred candidate should have experience working with many of the following items:
Windows PowerShell, Python, Rexx, Visual Studio, Ranorex or Fitnesse.
Basic knowledge of Mainframe OS, Transaction management Systems, Large-scale Database systems and Middleware solutions.
Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012
Basic knowledge of Linux
Basic knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy.
Basic knowledge of Hosted Servers (VMware vSphere - ESXi host, Storage LUNs, vCenter, VMware View - View Managers, VMware Tools)
Basic knowledge Designing and Performing Performance, Stress and Load tests.
Basic Programming skills with C# and SQL
Advanced experience with Test Planning and documentation.
Basic technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem solving skills.
Build Automated tests with tools such ast Ranorex, Visual Studio, Fitness and Powershell. Must be able to identify Automation opportunities and clearly articulate these with Subject Matter experts and QA s.
