Below is the Job Details for Record Assistant for a contract position with one of our direct client in Milton Keynes

Role specs below:

Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract Length: 5 Months Initially

Pay Rates: up-to £/day

INSIDE IR35

Requirements:

  • Retrieving, checking and distributing a high-volume asset related records to the working contractors.
  • Records are in relation to the line infrastructure - bridges, underground services, signalling records etc.
  • Retrieving documents from repository, checking them and sending them out to contractors who are working on the railway.
  • Working accurately to tight deadlines as the role is business critical to running of the railway.
  • Training will be provided

Types of records:

  • Hard copies
  • CADD drawings
  • Digital records

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working to SLA's/Targets
  • Team Player
  • Willing to undertake high volume processing
  • Understanding of records

Desirable

  • Previous CADD knowledge (ability to read CADD drawings)
  • Previous experience of working in a records office - NHS, MoD, library environments, solicitor's offices etc
