The global CRM roll-out project comprises several releases, each of which follows similar methodology and organizational structure. The Data Stream of the project focuses on setting up and executing a process for collecting, qualifying, modifying and uploading data from local Legacy solutions to Salesforce, as well as on activities ensuring Salesforce-side data quality across all countries. The Data Quality Specialist is a member of the Central project team and in collaboration with the Salesforce Architects, the Data Manager and country data stewards delivers the data quality improvements targets anchored in the project plan.

Activities and deliverables
- Aligns with internal Salesforce Architects and Data Manager on the process and activities for data quality management and data transformation agreed in connection with delivering project's Data stream.
- Supports project's post-Go-live data quality targets by assisting country data stewards with data quality improvement activities through the use of OOTB Salesforce functionality and Cloudingo, by compiling block Master Data Governance (MDG) data update requests, submitting these through the MDG process and following-through to completion.
- Facilitates a structured, predictable execution of the above activities with clearly defined milestones and completion targets for each market
Target profile
- Technical background with strong data management skills, preferably with experience from the CRM domain and/or integrations projects.
- Excellent collaborative skills.
