My client based are looking for a FREELANCE Workplace and Public Cloud Architect an indefinate rolling contract (renewed once every 12 months). The role is based on site in their Zaventem location, however there is the opportunity of up to two days a week remote work. Job spec reads below:
'As Workplace and Public Cloud Architect you are the trusted advisor on a technical level for our customers. You are in the technical driving seat of our digital offerings and translate them into business ready solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation (writing as well as presenting) of proposals towards customers and prospects
- Provide input towards management and directors related to technical innovations on the end user computing solutions as well as Public cloud evolutions
- Evangelize the latest Microsoft modern workplace and Public Cloud related technologies within the organization
- Provide technical knowledge on Microsoft Workplace related technologies such as Office 365 (Exchange Online/Skype for Business/Teams/OneDrive for business/) and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Azure Active Directory/Advanced Threat Analytics/Cloud App Security/Intune/Azure Information Protection/)
- Advise customers on how Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office 365 and EMS cloud services fits in the modern workplace
- Advise customers in their journey towards the Microsoft Azure Public Cloud
Skills:
- At least years relevant experience in an end user and/or public cloud architect or presales role
- Objective and quality driven, excellent communicator and good rational skills
- Fluent in French or/and Dutch (English is a bonus)
- Commercial writing skills, ability to write offers towards customers
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft Workplace related technologies such as Office 365 (Exchange Online/Skype for Business/Teams/OneDrive for business/) and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Azure Active Directory/Advanced Threat Analytics/Cloud App Security/Intune/Azure Information Protection/)
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft Azure Public Cloud technologies
- Bachelor in IT or equal by experience'
