ITIL Process Consultant (Swedish speaking)
I am currently hiring an ITIL Process Consultant (Swedish speaking) for an exciting 6 month minimum term opportunity in Stockholm, Sweden.
The successful ITIL Process Consultant (Swedish speaking) will have the following:
- Very good knowledge on the ITIL process methods
- Process coordinator who will run activities within the incident, process, change and release management
- Responsible for operational implementation of process activities such as follow-up, planning, introduction of changes and releases
- Ensure the changes are implemented in production and test environments in a controlled manner without impact to current business
- Make sure the deliveries are made within agreed SLA
- Coordinate major incidents by leading a task force to minimize disturbances in IT operations
- Certifications in ITIL is a merit to have
- MUST SPEAK NATIVE or FLUENT SWEDISH
