Helpdesk Engineer

Job location: Brussels, Belgium

Required Languages: French AND Dutch (at least very good level) + English (at least good level)

Our client is the leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in a number of areas, including retail and wholesale fixed-line telephony services, mobile communications services and broadband data and Internet services.
Tasks
o Daily management of the computer network
o Based on existing tools, you do the registration and follow-up of calls, incidents or problems
o Identifying, analysing and registering hardware, software and infrastructure problems.
o Respect the SLA with internal and external customers.
o Correct administrative follow-up of IT related activities
o Stay up to date with regard to IT evolution
o Create documentation for your fellow IT staff
o Network administration
o Language skills: Nl/France/En
Critical success factors
o Stress resistant;
o Team spirit;
o Competence in the analysis, clarification and resolution of problems;
o Strong customer and solution orientation;
o Large technical baggage on the various IT systems and applications;
o Knowledge of mobile devices on Android and IOS.
o Knowledge of the Standard Office packages and of the most common Microsoft Operating systems
o Analytical spirit and sense of precision are needed to solve the problems;
o You are customer and solution-oriented.
Exclusion conditions
o Insufficient knowledge of IT.
o Screen work 5-6 hours.
o Not being physically capable of moving IT material
o Insufficient knowledge of the Nl/France/En language
