Description
My client, a global investment bank are currently recruiting for a Subject Access Request Advisor on an interim basis in Poole.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of subject (data) access requests in accordance with GDPR.
This will include;
- To manage, oversee, track and complete all HR Subject Access Requests in line with the GDPR Regulations
- Work with Legal, Litigation and ER to ensure all data requests are compliant and processed accurately
- Manage subject access and data requests accordingly- priorisiting urgent request
- Manage all queries and complaints, working with the relevant business areas to resolve issues
- Support investigations
- Produce monthly MI analysis of subject access and data requests
- Working with relevant teams to review and update procedures to enable best working practices and consistency
- Support with any Project activity aligned to the UK and Ireland SAR process.
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out are fully compliant
- To continually maintain a high level of personal awareness in the data protection legislation.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with appropriate key contacts within the business
Candidate requirements;
- Essential - prior subject matter knowledge, data protection or data privacy experience
- Desired - GDPR exposure/understanding
- Confident communicator
- Experience in a complaints handling role
