IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support Analyst

Hourly/Salary: BOE

JOB SUMMARY
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst ( Desktop Support, Server Support Professional) for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity in Dallas, TX.

You will:

  • Monitor company Servers to ensure they are updated and working properly.
  • Provide support to clients and employees for desktops and laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other hardware and software.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and various other programs needed in order for users to complete daily tasks.
  • Install and configure Badge Printing Systems (BPS) that are provided to our clients so that they have the ability to enter an applicant into our system and provide them with a printed RFID badge.
  • Install and configure handheld devices with our FC Jobsite mobile app which allows our clients the opportunity to scan and track each individual worker on the jobsite.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Test equipment and replace parts as needed.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English
  • Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) with ease
  • Ability to keep your composure during emergency situations.
  • Customer focus and dedication to service excellence and customer satisfaction
