Our client is urgently searching for an IBM DataPower Specialist with Integration Architecture, web service, integration, IBM API connect, network, security to work on a critical project in Denmark as a contractor.
A successful consultant will have strong skills in:
IBM DataPower
Deep technical understanding IBM DataPower and IBM API Connected in multiple scenarios.
Network and security architecture and infrastructure.
B2B and B2C security gateway solutions.
IBM DataPower Gateway and IBM API Connect in network and security architecture domain
API Security
Design implement gateway policies
CI/CD tools

The role:
We need IBM DataPower Gateway specialist and integration architect to perform B2B web service integrations
The Integration architect or specialist with practical experience in working with IBM DataPower and IBM API Connect products. The role will involve helping to build foundations for security gateways in B2B and in B2C contexts. Understanding API security requirements and being able to implement and design security gateway policies and integrate them with API Connect are the priority requirements for this task. Also helping to improve CI/CD tools for DataPower deployment is a secondary priority. Understanding of following technologies and concepts is considered a plus: Web services (REST/SOAP), OSB/ESB, Logging tools (Splunk), OWASP and web security, Authentication (certificates, JWT, SAML2), Unit testing (SoapUI), Swagger, Java, Spring Boot, XLST, MQ, SOA.

Security policies for the DataPower gateway product and improved version handling of firmware or policy updates and delivery automation
What will the consultant work with?
Work in the B2B and B2C security gateway solutions.
Techniques, platforms and methods used in the project?
IBM DataPower Gateway and IBM API Connect in network and security architecture domain
What background and experience do you need to be successful for this assignment?
Deep technical understanding IBM DataPower and IBM API Connected in multiple scenarios. Knowledge about network and security architecture and infrastructure.
Personal characteristics for this role?
Ability to coach and present designs in a fluent way. Good collaboration skills.
