MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients. We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.
You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.
Responsibilities include:
Will work closely with existing SOC SME to design, document, test and implement cyber security operational processes and procedures, aligned to an agreed set of cyber security services.
Where existing process and procedures exist and are aligned to target operational services, they will review, optimise, make recommendations for automation (providing business level requirements) and document.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise the use of current security operations technologies, gathering and documenting the business level requirements.
Will define and document measurements of success and represent the Cybersecurity Operations function with both internal and external suppliers to ensure implementation by the suppliers, meets the requirements of the Cybersecurity Operations function.
Will also support the Cybersecurity Operations function in identifying, defining and documenting technical requirements and representing them in relation to a number of other work streams which will be seeking to automate and orchestrate current operational processes and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you will be a SOC SME, fully familiar with how a Cybersecurity Operations function works.
You will also have experience of:
- Assist with creating the new processes
- Identifying new technology enhancements (drafting Business Requirements)
- Working with the Technology teams developing the enhancements (supporting development of technical requirements)
- A track record in Cybersecurity Operations
