DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
Large Service Operator are looking for multiple DevOps Engineers to work on a six month extendable contract.
The Role
* Work closely with the development teams, the technical leads, scrum masters and VP Engineering;
* Improve, support and maintain the cloud based infrastructure and CI/CD tooling (Atlassian toolbox)
* Research, recommend and setup improvements in a proactive manner
* Ensure that cloud/network security is in-line with industry standards
The Individual
* Expert knowledge of docker, docker-compose, kubernetes
* Expert Linux knowledge, including setup of services like: Apache, nginx, rsyslog, ipsec, iptables, bind
* Expert knowledge of networking and network security: AWS networking, routing protocols, OpenVPN, DNS, kubernetes/docker network virtualization
* Basic knowledge of Python in the context of system automation/setup
* Basic knowledge of setup and maintenance of AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, ELB
