Unified Communications (UC) Engineer:
- Review documentation on client's current network and voice infrastructure. Objective is to become familiar with the current environment.
- Educate UC Engineer on current UC project migration strategy, project timeline and UC solution end state.
- UC Engineer will manage and complete UC Engineering requests related to UC project, under the direction of management.
- UC Engineer will report into the team and be co-managed by the Team for daily UC Engineering requests and support requirements.
- UC Engineer will provide on-site services at the location, Monday through Friday during normal business hours
- UC Engineer will schedule regular meetings with client to review status of open tasks, requests and overall work effort
- Further definition of roles and responsibilities may be expanded once UC Engineer resource service begins
- Must be US Citizen (No H1B or Green Card)
