Description

Document Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your experience/skills:
  • Extensive experience with basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with IRDDS (International Research & Development Document Standards) and TEDI (Trans-European Drug Information) is mandatory
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Monitoring document properties for accuracy, including eCTD filenames
  • Supporting the DD&C team with system issues and providing clarification and resolution
  • Revising documents for compliance with IRDDS standards
  • Promoting documents in lifecycle and for data integrity check as well as changing ownership of documents depending of the lifecycle status
  • Accomplishing manual retirement of documents old versions and maintaining a tracker of activities executed by DA
