Description
IT Project Manager with profound Windows 10 knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field along with 4+ years' work experience in IT environment or 8+ years practical experience in an applicable position without university degree
- Minimum 2 years' leading experience of small-midsized projects, PMP preferred
- Proficiency of planning and managing all phases of system development, including requirements gathering, configuration and development as well as COTS selection, testing, conversion and application support
- Capability to manage and lead Windows OS upgrade and PC replacement along with good knowledge on Windows 7 and 10 technical platforms
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing projects for Windows 10 rollout in EMEAR, including monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, costs and benefits through lifecycle
- Developing Project Management plan, project budgets, WBS/Gantt Chart and RAID log
- Applying Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint and other programs
- Interacting with stakeholders, vendors, Windows 10 global team and program management as well as ensuring projects follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
- Identifying and highlighting risks and issues within the project and escalating appropriately
- Conducting implementation of project management methodology and governance tools according with ensuring compliance to tollgates
