Senior Network Engineer - Major Incident Management - Remote
My client is looking for 3 additional contract Senior Network Engineers to take responsibility for Major Incident Management for their end client.
Rate: £360/day
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Core skills:
- Very strong Cisco R&S, CCNP level - any other vendor experience would be useful
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Cisco Wireless technologies - WLAN Controllers, Aironet, Cisco Prime infrastructure
- Advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Documentation post-resolution
- Working to an ITIL framework
Advantageous skills:
- Cisco voice technologies - CUCM (CallManager)
- Ticketing systems (ideally Service NOW)
- CCNP Wireless, CCNP Security, CCDP
