Description
A global Asset Manager are currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join their Fixed Income business.
This will be an initial contract role with the opportunity to transition permanently.
The focus of the role will be split across BAU activities and project based work. Throughout the duration you will be working closely with the Portfolio Managers
The key responsibilities are:
- Cash forecasting and monitoring of exposure.
- Verification of fund valuations.
- Performance calculation.
- Investigating and resolving queries from internal and external clients.
- Support the monthly rebalancing process
Key skills needed for the role:
- Product Experience Desirable:Fixed Income, other assets would also be useful.
- Understanding NAV, unit price calculations and a competent knowledge of investment markets and settlement.
- Operations experience gained from an investment manager, custodian, prime broker, fund administrator, hedge fund, or investment bank.
