Major Incident Manager

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Major Incident Manager for a client based in Amsterdam area, the Netherlands

Project responsibilities:

  • Lead incident management process
  • Restore service
  • Manage root cause analysis and recommend solutions
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Identify risks/solutions
  • Make recommendations for continual improvement

Requirements and skill-set:

  • 5+ years' Incident Management/OpsLead in a large corporate environment
  • Good understanding of IT (incident, problems, changes, etc.)
  • Familiar with most of: Java, ServiceNow, Cloud computing, VMs, Windows, Linux, and AWS
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in English
