Major Incident Manager
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Major Incident Manager for a client based in Amsterdam area, the Netherlands
Project responsibilities:
- Lead incident management process
- Restore service
- Manage root cause analysis and recommend solutions
- Prepare reports for management
- Identify risks/solutions
- Make recommendations for continual improvement
Requirements and skill-set:
- 5+ years' Incident Management/OpsLead in a large corporate environment
- Good understanding of IT (incident, problems, changes, etc.)
- Familiar with most of: Java, ServiceNow, Cloud computing, VMs, Windows, Linux, and AWS
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in English
