Roles and Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLS/JOB EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Fluency in English.
Expert Knowledge of Avaya Aura Platform - System/Session Manager, Communication Manager. Avaya Messaging Servers, Avaya Aura Messaging,
Expert knowledge of Cisco UC, Cisco CME, CUBE & Cisco SME experience.
Expert knowledge of Unity connection, Voice Gateway, Unity express
Understanding of networking and common datacenter infrastructure
Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices Good understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
Good implementation/configuration/troubleshooting experience on Cisco Voice Network.
Experience required:
Good experience working on different vendor networking equipment and networking technologies such as switching, routing, security, wireless. Certifications completed at associate or professional levels.
Should have worked as a team member before and have delivered projects, sites as per the plan.
Documented the deployment plans and shared across team members
