My client is a Swiss ICT company building their corporate HR centre. They are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support this project. They are looking for an experienced professional to assume responsibilities of the whole recruitment processes and actively resource for new talents.In this role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the complete ownership of developing a talent pipelining process that is going to promote internal mobility, referral schemes and some active sourcing. You are going to actively support the Employer's Branding strategy and promote the brand.
Essential skills and qualifications for this Senior Talent Specialist role:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- German and English fluent
- Degree / relevant Education
- Great interpersonal skills,
- Proven track of record in Recruiting / Employer Branding.
