DevOps Support Analyst (SQL, Java, Unix) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Work on a team to categorize, prioritize and resolve software application issues dealing with all levels of the Asset Management technology organization
- Provide hands-on support for products and applications at agreed service levels
- Interface with internal and external business and technical partners
- Participate in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting
- Establish processes that will help incident prevention, and create/develop tools to improve monitoring and automate support tasks
Main qualifications
- Expertise in SQL, Java, JavaScript, Bash scripting
- Hands on experience on both Unix and Windows environments
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Selenium) is a plus
- Awareness and exposure to REST Services, Multi-tier Web applications and/or Cloud Services
- Awareness and exposure to change management methodologies and best practices
- Awareness and exposure to systems development practices and methodologies, namely Agile
- Knowledge of Banking products
- Experience working within a service delivery function (product support, help desk, post implementation, support for projects)
- Experience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time
- Communication skills, analytical skills and validation skills
- Good command of English, team player and leadership skills
- Able to perform within a DevOps culture
