Data Security Analysts - Brussels. Data Loss Prevention
We are looking for two Data Security Analysts to work on client site in Brussels.
If you are an enthusiastic, diligent self-starter who is looking for a career in IT Security then this is the role for you! All training for the relevant platform will be provided along with training on governance procedures.
The successful candidates will be based within our customer site and will work as part of their IT Security Operations team within this newly created Data Security Service. The customer is a world leading organisation with leading edge technology where you will have the opportunity to experience many different IT Security functions and disciplines.
Day to day responsibilities:
- You will be working with Business Departments on their data security requirements
- Working on data security alerts and escalating accordingly to help manage the customer's risk
- Helping develop procedures for dealing with security risks
- Learning how to create detection rules within the data security platform
- Communicating results of data security analysis to business leaders and risk personnel
- Reporting the status of the data security service to relevant Operations personnel.
Work Experience
- Ideally you will have worked in some form of IT Security function or a service desk/help desk environment
- Good skills for Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations
- Good level of literacy and the ability to help write documents
- Understanding of IT Networking
- Understanding of File structures and UNC network shares
- Understanding of Active Directory
