Description
My client is a reputable multinational bank based in Amersterdam, who are looking for a PHP developer to join a brand new development team on a long-term freelance basis, building out a new application.
Succesful candidates will have:
- experience in Dockers, Containers, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Sonar, GitLab runners, Shell Scripting.
- experience working with network architecture including VPNs, load balancers and Firewalls.
- experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- experience in implementing monitoring procedures and systems
- a proven strong knowledge of Linux with the ability to install, configure, analyze, maintain, optimize, troubleshoot, and manage the security of operating systems.
- experience working with network architecture including VPNs, load balancers, Firewalls.
- bring up to date knowledge of HTTP, HTML, JSON and Javascript.
- experience in operating database management systems (such as Oracle, MySQL)
- bring a working attitude to work in a Professional Engineering culture and you like to participate in communities
- rather automate than performing manual tasks (such as automation of deployments, tests, builds, packaging and shipping.)
- ideally have experience in working with IBM Bluemix.
- are have well developed social, teamwork and communication skills
- bring an attitude to not compromise on quality and reliability
- are sensitive for the fact that a large organization has relatively quite a number of procedures to comply with and willing to accept that as part of the job
