My Client is a Bank based in the heart of Zurich in need of an Internal Recruiter to support their Corporate Recruitment TeamThis bank needs an Internal recruiter in Zurich as there are currently several programmes being delivered across this space - predominantly focusing on recruitment for operational and administrative positions in the French and German parts of Switzerland.
As the Internal Recruiter in Zurich you will be a key part of talent acquisition and recruitment within the bank.
Essential Experience/Skills required for this Internal Recruiter job:
- 2+ years o experience in a similar, preferably in house, position,
- Ability to understand the needs of hiring managers,
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French/English or German/English.
