Company Secretarial Assistant - 6 months Temporary position
Salary: £25 per hour PAYE weekly pay

We have a temporary opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the Group Company Secretarial Team in London.
The Company Secretarial team helps the business and the Board to achieve the Group's objectives of being a Company that customers can really trust and recommend by ensuring that the Group's Corporate Governance is efficient and effective to deliver the best outcome for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior team members in the effective management of the department's workload and responsibilities
- Support the Group's decision making processes via value adding Board and committee co-ordination and administration
- Maintain and support the proper operation of Group companies, corporate record keeping and statutory filings
- Delivering a professional, efficient and reliable service to the department's stakeholders
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- ICSA student or part-qualified chartered secretary with excellent administrative and IT skills
- Relevant experience working in a similar company secretarial function managing Board and committee meetings and with some experience of a financial services environment
- Board Portal experience (preferred)
- Blueprint experience (preferred)
- Reliable, confident and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and strives for continuous improvement
- Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proactive management of good relationships with the department's stakeholders
- Proven attention to detail and extremely well organised
- Ability to identify emerging problems and deal with them
- Embodies a customer focused mind set
- Proactive, trustworthy, adaptable and flexible
