Windchill PLM Solution Architect
One of our client is seeking a Windchill PLM Solution Architect to work on a long term project located in Almhult, Sweden.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Effectively communicate issues and alternative solutions.
- Takes initiative to achieve value added results and improve upon solutions offered.
- Analyze business goals, rules, and processes across various information systems tools and technologies specifically within PTC Windchill PLM system.
- Design architecture, solutions for implementing new Windchill set up/solutioning
- Create and review technical/system/testing/user documentations
- Lead and mentor development and support teams on project delivery
- Liaise and work with Product vendor for product related issue resolution
- Provide support to AMS teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems within the Windchill PLM system.
- Provide support to end user training and mentoring.
- Support application architecture and software upgrades.
- Provide support to System Administration activities in deploying Server Patches, WindChill build activities, etc.
- Provide Project System Build Support: install and manage server/storage/database/apps for WindChill project work, backup/restore and cloning production environment
- Provide PTC Case Resolution: own tough issues and facilitate/drive for PTC solutions
- Should have good analytic and problem solving skills
- Should have good verbal and written communication
