The Functional Manager will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
* For this assignment we are looking for a functional manager with the following competences: experience working with and managing Lotus Notes and Domino R7/8;
* Experience and knowledge of working with the Lotus Notes Designer and Admin client;
* Experience and LotusScript;
* Experience working with applications at the Health Council;
* Experience working with a DMS;
* Experience working with a Business System;
* Experience with setting up, implementing and supervising (user) acceptance tests;
* Experience when completing a European tendering process;
* Experience with the introduction of (new) processes and systems in an administrative government environment.
