Infrastructure Architect Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate join a multidisciplinary team responsible for the definition and implementation of the IT Infrastructure roadmaps.
What's involved:
- Creating, reviewing and maintaining Infrastructure roadmaps
- Following ITIL processes in the delivery of Infrastructure solutions
- Working in a multi partner environment
- Reusing and Optimising existing solutions where applicable
What you need:
- 10+ years' experience in a similar level role
- Experience with at least one of the following technical Domains;
- Database (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2)
- Mainframe
- Middleware (WebSphere, Java, Open source tools)
- Servers (Unix, Linux, Windows, virtualisation)
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of storage and network technologies.
