  • Location: Alicante, Spain

Our client, one of the a global consultant, is looking to recruit a Request Manager to join the team in Alicante, Spain.

This contract will run initially until the end of 2019 (with the option to extend) and will be based full time in Alicante.

The ideal candidate's day to day activities will include:

- Responsibility for handling customers' service requests, problem solving and delivery aspects. (SLAs and KPIs)

- Keeping the requestor informed about the progress of his request via direct contacts and system updates (Remedy).

- Manage tasks between Service and towers; in order to get new releases application successfully.

- Ensuring that incidents and service requests are handled according to agreed procedures.

- Documenting tasks and participate in service related documentation.

- Participation in service improvement processes.

- Execution of WO via Remedy.

- Analysis of new SW and hardware for implementation in SW/HW catalogue.

- Asset management and maintenance of inventory.

- Configuration management activities related to his areas

This role will pay a maximum daily rate of €200 (depending on experience )and my client will not pay expenses.
