Process and Service Manager - Contract - Stockholm
We are looking for an Experienced Process and Service Manager, who is comfortable with global Outsourced environments and stakeholders.
Structured and thorough and able to see both details as well as the holistic view.
Background and description of assignment
The assignment will belong to the client's IT department, operating in the multi-vendor setup.
Your responsibility will be to manage process changes and way of working, communicate and align with business stakeholders and the Outsourcing Vendors.
In this role, you have an active collaboration with our vendors, you follow up on delivery in a structured manner following up on quality, and cost and ensuring all services are delivered in a timely fashion.
You also collaborate closely with other IT departments and Sourcing to ensure end-to-end completeness of your services.
Your profile
- You have an academic degree relevant to this position.
- Solid experience in leading and coordinating service delivery.
- You have strong experience in structuring delivery of outsourced delivery.
- Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.
- You also have experience from the business side of the process including understanding of requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
