Role Purpose:
This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with DC pension experience to work with one of the leading brands in the market. The purpose of this role is to provide a variety of support functions to the DC Relationship Directors to enable them to fully engage with our DC Clients on a variety of topics and grow the DC and Workplace Savings business. This role creates a great opportunity to get a good oversight and grounding of many aspects of the DC world. This includes exposure to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Skills:
- Must have previous hands on experience working within Defined Contribution (DC)
- Must come from an Investment Management/Asset Management background
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external clients/consultants and internal departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
