Solutions Architect - Unified Comms (Telehony/Contact Centre/Mobile/Voicemail)
Large international media company are looking for an interim Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Unified Communications to provide solutions architecture services to support it's 8 Core work streams and 39 sub work streams, identifying synergies and risks during the process. This role is required to support the velocity required to deliver the colleague technology journey and ensure identified synergies are realised.
IT Solutions Architect is required to discover current "as-is" infrastructure and services used and help define the "to be" model, to identify synergies, risks and gaps where additional configuration or solutions are required. The solutions will then be used by others to form the basis of Business Cases containing various options where applicable. Architectural support will then be required during solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather the 'as-is' landscape/technology map by working with technical stakeholders and pre-existing documentation.
- Highlight any synergies between existing solutions.
- Highlight early on any risks found during discovery process.
- To generate, collate and clearly communicate architectural designs in a variety of forms (ie diagrams, documents, presentations, etc.) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure solution designs align with Technology strategy and the relevant technology and policies (such as security, data management and retention etc.).

- Proficient using diagramming tools eg Lucidchart, Viso etc
