System Engineer _JScripting/Linux/Solaris/TCP/IP/GermanRole:
One of our customers in the Zurich or Bern area is looking for a Application Engineer Senior.
Main Tasks:
* Development, implementation and maintenance of Network Management Applications & Platforms, underlying operating systems, components, modules and interfaces
* Implement and test (integration tests) of applications & platforms
* Create and update the Documentations (models, Interface descriptions, test procedures, user manual etc.)
* Analyzing and correcting errors in productive applications (2nd and 3rd Level)
* Implementing Change Requests
* Design and implementation of Software improvements in the life cycle of applications
* Structured and agile working method (Scrum, Kanban)
Requirements:
* 5+ Years of experience Work experience
* Should have Programming language (e.g. Java)
* Working experience with Scripting (e.g. shell, perl) standby duty
* OS Linux and Solaris (Solaris Cluster from Advantage)
* Network knowledge TCP/IP
Education:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent education
Languages:
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in German
Nice to have:
* Event Management / Monitoring Know How (SNMP)
* Automation Ansible
* DB knowledge (My SQL, Maria DB, possibly also Apache)
* GIT
