Description
Our client a global telecoms organisation are looking for a store communications manager for a 8 months basis based in DublinNeed a communications co-ordinator for:
- Booking access appointments for sites
- Clearly explaining what is expected of stores and the impact of work on their site.
- Host regular briefing calls with store managers or regional directors.
- Be the single point of contact for engineers and site queries.
- Have familiarity with the store environment and operation to support getting access at the right time and to the right locations (for example, out of hours, access to equipment, locating missing keys, directing Store Managers to the correct demarcations)
- Dealing with escalations.
A typical day: On the phone the majority of the day to engineers, project managers, and store managers capturing and recording issues. Following up with accurate written communications.
co-ordinator who is:
- Confident on the phone
- Good customer service and telephone manner
- Can deal with queries when put on the spot
- Good administrative/PMO skills as attention to detail and reporting are required.
- Telecommunications awareness network delivery to translate technical terms to business speak.
