IT Support - (Windows 10/2nd Line Support)
Requirement for an IT Support Technician to assist in the development, maintenance and support of systems across the Windows 10/hardware refresh.
- Build and decommission hardware
- On-site practice migration
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve faults/problems
- Implement the successful roll-out of new or changed software, hardware and produce/amend documentation to reflect the service.
- Assist in the development of services.
