Description

Important:

- Knowledge in IT oriented to programming/development (studies and/or work experience)

- Monitoring: Good alert and event management capacity

- Monitoring/Response in email alerts by monitoring

- Mircosoft Office (Excel/Word)

Desirable:

- Support experience (1st/2nd level):
- High problem-solving capacity
- decision-making capacity
- Didactic and formative attitude towards the user.
- Basic knowledge of Webservices technologies (REST/SOAP/XML to identify errors)
- Administration Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget + Radian6) Desirable certificates:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Import/export data with Salesforce DataLoader
- Reporting/Dashboard Administration/Generation with Force.com
